Bellevue Office Manager

STEP Computer Academy is a worldwide Computer Science Education provider. We offer a variety of computer classes for kids in grades 1-12 such as Web Development, Game Development, Programming, Animation, LEGO Robotics and more.

Our Bellevue office is currently looking for an Office Manager to support office operations. The position is full-time (Tuesday-Saturday with some flexibility).


• Provide general office, administrative and customer service support for our year-round programs and summer/winter camps

• Coordinating office activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

• Create and update records and databases with students’ personal, financial and other data

• Manage phone calls and office correspondence

• Respond to parent questions and requests

• Prepare necessary billing for the program registrations and monitor timely payments

• Monitor enrollments, cancellations, waiting lists and generate monthly reports

• Keep the stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary


• Experience in an administrative support role

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills

• Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of/experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• General office knowledge – copier, phone systems, etc

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience working with kids is a plus

Part-time STEM instructor for kids in grades 1-3

STEP Computer Academy is a worldwide Computer Science education provider. We are looking for a part-time teacher who will work in our Bellevue office on flexible schedule and flexible hours as a teacher/instructor for our STEAM program. The candidate should enjoy working with small kids and have proven teaching experience, must be intelligent, and willing to serve, eager to share the knowledge with our students and help them become professionals.

Compensation rate

  • Negotiable. Depends on the candidate experience

General Job Description

  • Guide students and track their progress in online system.
  • Provide training for students on defined schedule using established program.
  • Engage with events organized by Academy.
  • All class materials are prepared and provided by academy.
  • One STEM class is 1.5 hours long
