Front Office Assistant / Manager

STEP Computer Academy is a worldwide Computer Science Education provider. We offer a variety of computer classes for kids in grades 1-9 such as Web Development, Game Development, Programming, Animation, LEGO Robotics and more.

Our Bellevue office is currently looking for an Office Assistant to support office operations. The position is part-time, and hours are negotiable.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general office, administrative and customer service support for our summer camps (and year-round programs)

• Coordinating office activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies

• Create and update records and databases with students’ personal, financial and other data

• Manage phone calls and office correspondence

• Respond to parent questions and requests

• Prepare necessary billing for the program registrations and monitor timely payments

• Monitor enrollments, cancellations, waiting lists and generate monthly reports

• Keep the stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience in an administrative support role

• Strong time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills

• Knowledge of/experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• General office knowledge – copier, phone systems, etc

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience working with kids is a plus
