Frequently asked questions

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount for the first sibling and a 20% discount for the second. Additionally, we provide discounts for Current Students, Teachers and Veterans discounts of 10%, as well as a 15% discount for Friends/Family.

How many students are usually in a group?

Our groups usually have a maximum of 8 students for grades 1st-2nd and up to 12 for grades 3 and above.

When does the Early Bird price end?

The Early Bird pricing concludes once half of the group spots are filled.

Are there breaks between sessions for campers?

Yes, there's a 30-minute lunch break between AM and PM sessions: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM for grades 3-5, and 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM for grades 6-8 to better accommodate everyone.

Are there any outdoor activities for kids in camp?

Yes, we do have outdoor walks in the full-day session of the STEM camp for grades 1-2. During this time, kids get to enjoy a visit to a nearby park for playtime and lunch.

Do kids need to bring anything for the camp?

No, we provide all the necessary materials and computers required for the camp. However, we do recommend that kids bring their own packed lunch. We have full kitchen for kids to use during lunch time.

What is the cancelation policy?

$45 cancellation fee will be applied when canceling up to 2 weeks before the camp, 50% cancellation fee when canceling prior to one week of the camp start date, and 100% when canceling less than a week before the camp start.
